What we collect

When you send a message through our contact form we ask for your name, work email, company, the area you would like to improve and, if you choose to add it, a short description of how the work is handled today.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry. Contacting us does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Booking a time

To book a workflow call we use a booking calendar provided by Cal.com. If you book through it, the details you enter are handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the call.

Measuring visits

We count page visits and clicks on our booking and contact links with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you or follow you across other websites.

What we ask you not to send

Please do not include customer names, purchase orders or confidential pricing in the form. Records of that kind are only shared as part of a separately agreed review.
